What Makes It Different
Not All Olive Oil Is Created Equal
Most supermarket oils are blends of old and new harvests, heated during extraction, and mixed with refined oils. Ours is different - and you can taste it.
Green Olives Only
We harvest olives while still green — before they ripen. This captures the highest polyphenol count and that signature peppery finish that defines true extra virgin quality.
True Cold Pressed
Our olives are pressed at temperatures below 27°C. No heat, no shortcuts. This preserves the delicate aromatic compounds and the full nutritional profile of the fruit.
Never Blended
Each bottle contains oil from a single pressing, a single orchard. We never blend with older oils, refined oils, or oils from other regions to cut costs.
Never Mixed
What you pour is pure olive juice — no seed oils, no additives, no colouring. Just the fruit of the olive, pressed and bottled with nothing added and nothing removed.
